![]() ![]() I am thinking I pressed some weird key combo and maybe disabled something. I am a Windows admin by trade so I have some sense of what I am doing so I really don't think I didn't anything with a command. I have not changed anything in the GUI, and I don't believe I changed any of the settings in the terminal.if that's possible. Yes I have checked Settings/keyboard/shortcuts. I can copy and past anywhere including the terminal emulator when I highlight some text with my mouse first. This makes me think it has something to do with my X Windows Yes, I am using the gnome terminal and bash. ![]() I would first like to thank both of you for I tried what you said and switched to a different terminal and tried pinging and yes I have to say my Cntl C worked just fine. ![]()
